Bobby Zamora, Clint Dempsey and Danny Murphy are among the Fulham players returning for Sunday's Premier League clash against Everton. Zamora and Dempsey were rested for the midweek Europa League defeat at Wisla Krakow, while Murphy missed the clash with a knee injury. All three return to Martin Jol's squad for this weekend's match and will be joined by Philippe Senderos and Zdenek Grygera after recovering from respective knocks. Bryan Ruiz faces a fitness test on Saturday, but Orlando Sa (hamstring) and Simon Davies (knee) are out. James McFadden looks unlikely to make his second Everton debut as he continues to work his way back to full fitness. McFadden rejoined the Toffees on a free transfer this week, returning to the club he left for Birmingham in 2008, but he has not played a competitive game in over a year due to a serious knee injury and his condition is being closely monitored by manager David Moyes. Victor Anichebe remains sidelined with a groin complaint, but other than that, Moyes has a full squad to choose from. Everton (from): Howard, Heitinga, Hibbert, Neville, Distin, Jagielka, Baines, Barkley, Fellaini, Osman, Rodwell, Drenthe, Cahill, Stracqualursi, Mucha, Bilyaletdinov, Vellios, Gueye, Saha, Coleman, Hahnemann. Fulham (from): Schwarzer, Etheridge, Kelly, Riise, Hangeland, Baird, Senderos, Hughes, Grygera, Briggs, Sidwell, Kasami, Murphy, Gecov, Duff, Etuhu, Dempsey, Johnson, Zamora, Dembele, Ruiz.
