Fulham has announced plans to increase the capacity at its Craven Cottage ground after establishing itself as a Premier League team and qualifying for the Europa League for two of the past three seasons.
The stadium, located on the banks of the River Thames in southwest London, has a capacity of 25,700 but the club wants to increase it to 30,000 by developing the Riverside Stand.
Fulham chief executive Alistair Mackintosh says the club will remain ''sympathetic to the design of this historic ground'' which has been the team's home since 1896.
Fulham has been in the Premier League since 2001 and reached the Europa League final in 2010.
