Trinidad and Tobago's football federation says it doesn't know how former FIFA vice president Jack Warner used aid which never arrived in Haiti after being donated following an earthquake in 2010.
The federation says Warner controlled a bank account in its name which was set to receive $750,000 pledged by FIFA and South Korean football leader Chung Mong-joon.
Haitian officials insist they received only $60,000, and FIFA has frozen all funding to Trinidad and Tobago until it gets answers.
The TTFF says it is in ''despair'' because Warner ''seems disinclined to comply'' with repeated pleas for audited accounts.

FIFA cannot discipline Warner, who resigned last year during a bribery scandal and is still a Trinidadian government minister.
