Fiorentina owner Andrea Della Valle says winger Stevan Jovetic has agreed a new deal, tying him to the Serie A club until 2016.
The Montenegro international has been at Fiorentina since 2008.
Della Valle says, ''He has a real desire to continue here as we do. With this deal, we're opening a new cycle. Jovetic will be our symbol.''
Jovetic, 21, missed the whole of the last campaign after picking up a cruciate ligament injury in preseason training.
