A member of FIFA's executive committee says he has less confidence in the organization after it released the results of votes for the 2018 and 2022 World Cup hosts.
Franz Beckenbauer tells Bild newspaper the losing candidates, ''especially England and Australia,'' were left ''embarrassed'' when FIFA revealed how few votes they got.
England got only two of 22 votes for the 2018 World Cup that went to Russia. Australia picked up only one in the ballot for 2022, won by Qatar.
Beckenbauer will step down from the executive committee in March.
