The 20-year-old, who is contracted in Rotterdam until next summer, is yet to make a decision over his future, with several clubs thought to be interested in his services. Fellow Eredivisie sides Twente and PSV are among those reportedly monitoring his situation, while European giants such as Liverpool and Real Madrid have also been linked with the Dutchman. But while Wijnaldum admits he is considering his options, he has made it clear he would never choose to join Feyenoord's fierce Amsterdam rivals. He told Algemeen Dagblad: "It is not easy to make a decision. "Ajax? That would not go down too well [in Rotterdam] and is not something I want. "I still remember how Luis Figo was treated when he left Barcelona for Real Madrid." He added: "I have always said that I would make a decision after the last match of the season. I understand that the fans want clarity, but I have not made a final decision yet." Meanwhile, Wijnaldum has been called up to the Holland squad for the upcoming international friendlies against Brazil and Uruguay. The attacking midfielder has already represented the Oranje at Under-21 level, but has yet to make his senior debut.
