"When people ask me about the national team and the amount of travelling and the number of games that we play, for me it's all about a mental approach and a mindset," he said. "You've got a long time to recuperate after you've finished playing. "When you talk about the demands of the English Premier League, yes they are tough. But you're playing in one of the best leagues in the world; do you expect any different?"
