Partizan Belgrade says Vladimir Vermezovic will replace former Chelsea manager Avram Grant as coach after his last match with the club on Sunday.
Grant told Serbian daily newspaper Politika that he was leaving Partizan, the winner of the Serbian league title, for ''private reasons.''
The club said Friday that Vermezovic, who was fired from South African giant Keizer Chiefs this season, will be the new coach.
Grant took over in January. He has been relentlessly criticized by the fans for losing three matches this season to Belgrade rival Red Star.
