Everton look to continue their solid Premier League form against a struggling Bournemouth side

After match day five, Everton see themselves sitting high in second place, just two points off the leaders Manchester City. Bournemouth have won just one game this season. They are right above the relegation zone in 17th, just a point ahead of 18th place West Ham.

Everton are hoping to forget their recent 2-0 defeat to Norwich City in the EFL Cup. Bournemouth also lost their cup match, losing 3-2 to Preston North End after extra time. Both clubs are sure to field stronger sides in their Premier League match up.

For Bournemouth, they are in need of a consistent goal scorer. They have bagged just three total goals this season. With only one clean sheet on the season as well, the defense needs to tighten up. The club hopes that they can shut down the potent offense of the Everton front line

Everton is hoping that they can keep their Premier League form. They have won four straight matches after an opening day draw, scoring three goals in each of their last two fixtures. The team chemistry has been wonderful to watch on the pitch. With Ross Barkley finding his form in recent matches, the midfield has been a force to be reckoned with.

New signing Bolasie is a great addition to the wide play that Everton frequents. He brings a new dimension of skill and overall ability to the wings, often setting up Lukaku for opportunities throughout the match.

Everton are going into the match as favorites, and rightfully so. Their attacking threat has already proven how potent they can be, and this match should be no different. Lukaku has been hungry for goals, and is sure to be on the scoresheet in this one. The game will take place on September 24th, with kickoff set to be at 10am Eastern.
