England's top football official has hailed FIFA reform program led-by the president of the governing body, Sepp Blatter.
David Bernstein says he was ''very impressed'' after seeing the first phase of Blatter's anti-corruption program that was approved by FIFA congress on Friday.
Bernstein has been a vocal critic of Blatter and tried to block his re-election a year ago amid a bribery scandal at the organization.
On Friday, Bernstein told delegates from 208 football nations that FIFA has ''really seen the light'' after last year's ''traumatic'' election.
