England winger Aaron Lennon has been ruled out of next week's European Championship qualifier against Montenegro because of a back problem.
Lennon has returned to club side Tottenham for treatment on his sore back and has been replaced in the squad for Tuesday's match at Wembley by Aston Villa's Stewart Downing.
