UEFA says the start of game between England and Sweden has been delayed by 15 minutes because of the rain delay during the France-Ukraine match at the European Championship.

Friday's kickoff will now be at 10 p.m. local time (1900 GMT) after the other Group D match in Donetsk was suspended for nearly an hour because of a thunderstorm.

A torrential downpour and lightning forced the players off the field, but the game was eventually restarted.

England drew its first game 1-1 with France while Sweden lost 2-1 to Ukraine.
