PSV, which saw midfielder Orlando Engelaar ejected after collecting two yellow cards in the first half, has 38 points, one more than Twente. FC Groningen is third with 33, one ahead of Ajax, which plays Vitesse Arnhem on Sunday.
Also on Saturday, Csaba Feher, Alje Schut and Kees Luijckx scored to help NAC Breda beat FC Utrecht 3-1.
Bjorn Vleminckx, Lasse Schone and John Goossens got the goals for NEC Nijmegen in the 3-1 win over Willem II.
