The 19-year-old scored 22 goals for the Irn-Bru Third Division club last season and scored two goals in his first three games of this term.
Dundee said on their official website: "Martin signed on the dotted line at Dens Park this afternoon after the clubs agreed terms for the striker."
Boyle made his debut as a 16-year-old and trained with Aberdeen towards the end of last season.
