Davids wants quick response
Bournemouth midfielder Lorenzo Davids insists the meeting with Crawley is the perfect opportunity to put things right.
The Cherries suffered a 2-1 home defeat to Walsall on Saturday, with Davids making his debut, and fans protested for manager Paul Groves to be sacked at full-time.
"It was so frustrating on Saturday," Davids told the club's official website. "We were behind for a long time but got back in to the game. We all thought we could go on and win the game.
"We tried so hard but didn't clear the ball at the other end and we were 2-1 behind. I can't wait now for Crawley and I'm glad that the game is coming so quickly.
"It gives us the chance to put things right. We know we are capable of that and that is our focus.
"I did my best in my first game in England and gave everything. It was an honour to be named as man of the match, but for me the result is everything and the most important thing."
