Craddock has been on the sidelines since picking up the injury in the draw with West Ham in October. The 35-year-old was expected to resume training this week, but Craddock is still suffering discomfort from the injury. Wolves boss Mick McCarthy has now confirmed Craddock will not be back until next year after scans showed he suffered a tear to the problem. "Jody's going to be out for quite a while - it could be six to eight weeks," said McCarthy. "It's still his hip and thigh - it's been bothering him. He's had it scanned again and there's a tear in it. "He's got to have some treatment on it but it's far worse than we thought. He won't be fit until after Christmas." "It's a big blow for us and for him as well." In another injury blow to Wolves, long-term victim Michael Kightly will be forced to undergo another operation after suffering a new knee injury. The talented winger underwent successful surgery in October and he will now go under the knife again after a problem with his other knee. "The knee he's had done is great so he's having the other one done," added McCarthy. "He's having it done on December 12." Better news on the injury front for McCarthy is that captain Karl Henry is set to make a quicker return than first expected. It was feared the midfielder might be sidelined for two months with the knee injury he sustained in the defeat to Blackpool earlier this month. However, Henry could now return to action in between four to six weeks as the injury is not as serious as feared. "He's more likely to be out for four to six weeks from when he did it as opposed to six to eight," concluded McCarthy.
