Craddock eyes new Wolves deal
Craddock returned to the side after an injury hit campaign to play a part in the late season revival which ensured a third season of top flight football. His current contract expires next month but he is keeping his fingers crossed Wolves boss Mick McCarthy opts to extend his stay at Molineux for another season. Craddock, who has recovered from a hip problem, said: "I want to carry on playing. It's still in my body to play and I feel I'm good enough. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and my ear to the phone and hopefully, people will see me here next season. "I feel better than I have done for two or three years, so I do feel hopeful (of a new contract). The hip is good - fantastic in fact. I have no problems whatsoever with it." Craddock added: "Hopefully I'll get a deal - fingers crossed. I don't want to say too much in case I don't get one and I'm just enjoying staying up for what it is. "I would think I will know pretty soon because we're back in training in five or six weeks' time. If it's going to be done, it needs to be done pretty rapidly, so I'm expecting it to be done quickly, if it is done."
