Bolton manager Owen Coyle admits he is deliberately targeting flair players this summer after wrapping up Martin Petrov's capture.

Petrov has agreed a deal to join the Reebok outfit on July 1 when his Manchester City contract expires.

Bolton are now being linked with a move for Chelsea's Argentine striker Franco Di Santo, who spent last season on loan at Blackburn.

Coyle has refused to divulge who else is on his radar, although he did confirm he is looking to bring in more flair in order to add more dimensions to his side.

"It's fair to say that we are looking to add a little bit of flair to what we already have so that we are not one dimensional and have different facets to our play," Coyle told the Bolton News.

"We did well last year in terms of keeping some shut-outs, but within that we want to have a platform to be really inventive in games. To do that you need certain types of players."
