Coventry v Bournemouth preview
Team news ahead of Saturday's League One clash between Coventry and Bournemouth at Ricoh Arena.
Coventry are boosted by the return of Kevin Kilbane, Jordan Clarke and Reece Brown.
Veteran midfielder Kilbane has missed the last three games with a hamstring complaint but returns to the fold as the Sky Blues continue to chase their first home league victory of the season.
Right-back Clarke and centre-half Brown both missed Tuesday's 1-1 draw at home to MK Dons due to illness but have now recovered.
William Edjenguele came in for Brown but the impressive defender was forced off himself midway through the second half nursing a hip injury and will be assessed.
Striker Cody McDonald missed the game altogether with a knock and continues to struggle, while midfielder Steve Jennings remains sidelined with his hip/thigh problem.
Bournemouth parted company with manager Paul Groves on Wednesday after a 3-1 defeat at Crawley left the club with just one win from their opening 10 league games.
Caretaker manager Dennis Rofe will be without striker Frank Demouge as he takes the Bournemouth hot-seat for the first time.
The striker has been ruled out due to concussion after he was carried off in the midweek defeat at Crawley.
Fellow forward Josh McQuoid is struggling with a knee injury and is a major doubt for the encounter.
Matt Tubbs is expected to be handed a start in the duo's absence.
Simon Francis (knee), Charlie Sheringham (foot), Stephen Purches (broken leg), Lee Barnard (knee) and Richard Hughes (foot) all remain sidelined, but the club's injury problems show signs of clearing as Harry Arter and Marc Pugh both returned to training this week.
However, neither are expected to be involved at Coventry as they work their way back to full fitness.
