Four players of the Colombian national squad have had their hotel rooms burgled in Madrid where they are due to play a friendly against Ecuador this weekend.

The manager of the Hotel Husa Princesa, Miguel Neto, told The Associated Press on Tuesday that security videos show that one individual entered three rooms of the Colombian team and stole computers, Ipods, money and credit cards.

Neto said: ''Someone who had a key entered without force. It is a shame that (the players) did not use the safes in each room.''

Team spokesman Mauricio Correa identified David Ospina, Breiner Castillo, Cristian Zapata and Hugo Rodallega as the victims of the robbery to the Colombian media.
