Metalist Kharkiv's appeal to overturn its expulsion from the Champions League for match-fixing will be decided before the group stage draw next week.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport says it agreed to "an accelerated procedural timetable to enable a decision to be issued on August 28."

CAS will also rule that day on Fenerbahce's appeal against a two-year UEFA suspension for fixing. The Turkish club faces Arsenal in the playoff round while its appeal proceeds.

The groups are drawn on Aug. 29.
