Cahill welcomes int'l break
The 25-year-old centre-back has endured a tough start to the campaign with the Trotters after a summer of speculation linking him with a move away from The Reebok. Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham were all linked with moves for Cahill but reported bids of £12million for the defender were unsuccessful. It means Cahill could leave Bolton on a free next summer but he claims Euro 2012 with England is currently his priority. "It's been a rollercoaster season for me, and it's been really tough at club level," said Cahill, who could start in central defence against Spain on Saturday or Sweden next week. "But at international level it's been great, as we've qualified and done really well. "It's been difficult personally. I need to get back fully focused and play the way I know I can."
