Buzsaky: More of the same
The influential playmaker was part of a changed line-up following their opening day 4-0 defeat to Bolton at Loftus Road last week. Tommy Smith provided the game's solitary goal which proved to be the winner for the Hoops as they celebrated their first win in 15 years in the top-flight. Yet, the Hungary international is refusing to get wrapped up in the euphoria of this victory and has instead urged his team-mates to use at as a launch pad for survival. Buzsaky said: "It was a very difficult game. We had to defend a lot because Everton are a great team with great players. "We deserved the victory and had some good luck too because Leighton Baines hit the bar. Against Bolton, everything we tried did not work. "For our own self-confidence, we needed this victory which has moved us higher up the table. "This game can be a starting point for us - we have to play at least as well as we did here if we are to achieve our goals of staying up."
