Celtic boss Neil Lennon will hold talks with the club's majority shareholder Dermot Desmond and chief executive Peter Lawwell in the next week.
The Hoops boss plans to discuss reshaping his squad for the challenges ahead following a lengthy campaign for the club which resulted in the team winning a Premier League and Scottish Cup double.
Lennon will be releasing some of his squad during the summer, while there could be offers for high-profile players like Gary Hooper - who was the subject of a ?7m bid from Norwich in January.
Celtic players will return for pre-season training in three weeks as their squad prepares for Champions League qualifying ties starting in July.
Lennon said: "I'm due to meet Dermot and Peter. I'm going to sit down with them over the next week or so. I might even go to Ireland to see Dermot or see him in London.
"I'm hoping we can talk about what we're going to do for the close season because we haven't really had that conversation yet in terms of bringing players in, targets and what the budget's going to be.
"There will be a few players leaving and then I'm sure we'll get offers for a player or two. Sometimes you can't do anything about that. It depends on the offer if it's right for the club, if it gives us something we can build on, if you can replace the player that will go.
"There are some players I'd dearly love to keep and I'll be making that clear to Peter and Dermot."
