Brentford are looking into a racially-abusive comment posted about their striker Clayton Donaldson on Twitter.
Donaldson, 28, missed a penalty during Saturday's 1-1 draw at Scunthorpe.
A statement from the club read: "Brentford Football Club has been made aware of a racial comment posted on Twitter about striker Clayton Donaldson.
"The club takes all forms of discrimination very seriously and will seek to take action against the person concerned."
