Brazilian club Vasco da Gama will give away a free jersey to fans who agree to tattoo a team logo onto their bodies next week in a bid to break a world record.
Vasco says it wants to smash a world record of 801 tattoos in a 24-hour span, which was set in 2008 in the United States, according to Guinness World Records Web site.
Club president Roberto Dinamite wants fans to show their ``grandiosity'' by getting tattooed with the Templar Cross, one of the team's logos.
Vasco is a four-time Brazilian champion and the 1998 Copa Libertadores winner.
