Brazilian soccer club mascot dresses up as Batman

Before the start of Brazil's Paranaense first division match between Cortiba and Foz do Iguaçu, this happened:

Yes, that is Foz do Iguaçu's mascot dressed as Gotham's crime-fighter, Batman.

But no, that's not his usual getup. The mascot, affectionately known as Fozman, does not usually dress as his favorite superhero. 

There he is, hiding out in his usual attire in the back of the team photo.

Despite the intimidating and inspiring presence of Batman, it wasn't enough. Cortiba's Kleber Gladiador scored a hat-trick and left Foz do Iguaçu with a home loss.
