Brazil is preparing a campaign to combat the sexual exploitation of minors during the 2014 World Cup.

Deputy Tourism Minister Mario Moyses says the campaign begins in December and includes posters and ads warning that sex with a minor is a crime in Brazil.

They will be distributed in countries that supply the most tourists to Brazil: the United States, Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands and Spain.

Moyses said Friday: ''Those who come to Brazil to exploit children and teenagers are not welcome.''

Officials will also train people on how to identify and denounce cases of abuse of minors.
