Widespread reports have suggested Villas-Boas' position at Stamford Bridge is under scrutiny after a poor run of form and rumours of unrest in the camp. Chelsea face a final game showdown with Valencia to reach the last 16 of the Champions League, while they lag 12 points behind leaders Manchester City after losing three of their last four Premier League games. However, Bosingwa has backed his fellow Portuguese to turn things around and that he has the support of all the players despite their current problems. "Everyone was down after the defeat in Leverkusen, because no-one expected it and we need to change the direction of our season," said Bosingwa. "The dressing room has been affected by the defeats and now we have to relaunch our season. "Andre Villas-Boas is a big coach. Nobody doubts him [or] that he can do the right job for Chelsea. "But we are conceding late goals, dropping points, and it's impossible to fight for big titles if we keep doing that."
