The Eredivisie champions' new supervisory board, including Johan Cruyff and Edgar Davids, are not thought to be in favour of extending the 49-year-old former Ajax defender's agreement at the Amsterdam ArenA. Blind's agent Rob Jansen said in De Telegraaf: "The parties of Blind and Ajax at the moment look very critically at each other. "Time will tell how long it lasts and whether there is a future for Blind at Ajax - and in which function as well."
