Corsican club Bastia has signed goalkeeper Mickael Landreau on a six-month contract.
Bastia, which is in 13th place in the French first division, announced the signing on its website on Sunday. Although the transfer window does not open until January, Bastia was able to sign the 33-year-old Landreau because he agreed to terminate his contract with Lille following a dispute this month.
Landreau helped Lille win the league and Cup double two seasons ago and has played 11 times for France.
