Atletico Madrid forward Sergio Aguero says he will be sidelined for 10 days while he recovers from injury.
The club said on its website that the Argentina international sustained a muscle tear in his left leg during the midweek loss to Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey quarterfinals. Aguero wrote on Twitter on Saturday that ''they said I will out for ten days recovering.''
The 22-year-old player leads Atletico with seven league goals this season, but is set to miss Monday's match against Mallorca, Thursday's second leg against Madrid, and next week's league fixture against Sporting Gijon.
