Premier League heavyweights Arsenal and Chelsea will meet in the fourth round of the League Cup.
In other all-Premier League matchups from Wednesday's draw, Manchester Cup will travel to Newcastle, and Manchester United's reward for beating Liverpool in round three is a home match against Norwich.
Tottenham was drawn at home to Hull, and Southampton will be away to Sunderland.
The matches will be played Oct. 28-29.
