The two clubs reportedly held talks over the highly-rated 18-year-old in London on Friday but have so far failed to reach an agreement over a price. Van Holsbeeck says Anderlecht are waiting to see if the Blues come up with a reasonable offer, with their valuation thought to be in the region of €20million (£17.4m). "Negotiations are going on but there is no agreement at the moment," Van Holsbeeck told the Daily Express. "It all now depends on Chelsea."
