Almunia uncertain on future

Watford goalkeeper Manuel Almunia says he is unsure where his future lies with his contract set to expire next month.

The former Arsenal shot-stopper made 39 league appearances for Gianfranco Zola's side this season, including an impressive performance in the Hornets' play-off final defeat to Crystal Palace.

Almunia only signed a one-year contract at Vicarage Road last summer and he admits he could be set to move on.

"I am in talks with Watford as it is my first option but I am a free agent so I can talk to any other club," he told The Daily Star.
