Allen: Swans reaching new heights
Brendan Rodgers' side could barely have had a tougher start on the road in the Premier League having already faced Chelsea, Manchester City and Arsenal on their travels. The Welsh club, who are unbeaten at home, have yet to win away from the Liberty Stadium but Allen believes the point picked up at Anfield is a clear sign they have adjusted to the demands of playing the top sides in the division. Allen, who was man of the match at Anfield, said: "It was a fantastic game to be part of. Anfield is a place so full of history and to come away with a point is a fantastic achievement that will boost us next time out. "We have had tough away games, a real welcome to the Premier League, but we are better off for it. We realise what we are up against and it has taken us up to a new level and you can only take confidence from that. "We were brave and played the football we always want to play and that should stand us in good stead."
