FOX Soccer analyst Alexi Lalas joined Colin Cowherd on "The Herd" Thursday to discuss everything from the U.S. presidential primaries to the state of the U.S. men's national team and Major League Soccer. Lalas also shared his thoughts on the new FIFA president Gianni Infantino, and what it might mean for both world and U.S. soccer going forward.
To the latter, the former USMNT star opined that while Infantino's election was a "seminal moment" for global soccer's governing body, it remains ripe for corruption given the enormous amounts of money and power that FIFA controls.
