Albania's national football team coach Josip Kuze has had a stroke and his condition is listed as stable.
Albanian football federation spokesman Tritan Kokona says the 57-year-old Croatian has been taken to a private hospital Thursday in the capital Tirana.
Kokona says he spoke with Kuze, and says doctors are checking whether he is strong enough to be transported to a hospital abroad.
In the 10 matches Kuze has coached the team since May 2009, Albania has won four, drawn four and lost two.
