Ajax has confirmed the signing of Russian striker Dmitry Bulykin on a free transfer from Anderlecht.
Bulykin, who struggled to claim a place with the Belgian giants, spent last season on loan with ADO Den Haag and moves to Amsterdam after being released by Anderlecht.
The 31-year-old impressed in the Eredivisie with 21 league goals for ADO, and believes he has found his true home in Holland.
"The Eredivisie seems to be the perfect competition for me," he told Ajax's website. "If I am successful with Ajax, you can say that the Dutch league is for me."
