Agent dismisses link to QPR deals
Bastia midfielder Julien Sable has signed a new one-year deal with the Ligue 1 club.
Sable, 32, who joined Bastia from Nice last October, had his contract renewed for another season, the club confirmed today.
He told sc-bastia.net: "I am very happy to continue this adventure, it was a big commitment on my part.
"I want thank the officers and staff for their confidence in me. Now I'll be able to recharge the batteries."
Both players have not been offered new deals after being told by by manager Phil Parkinson last year that they did not feature in his plans and were free to find other clubs.
Overson and fellow defender Williams subsequently did not make a single appearance for the Bantams last season.
The duo's departure comes days after it was revealed young attacker Adam Baker had left the Coral Windows Stadium.
The pair came through the club's academy before breaking into the first team at The County Ground.
Nathan, a 22-year-old right-back, was one of the club's standout performers for the play-off semi-finalists last season in his 29 appearances.
Younger brother Louis, four years his junior, made his Robins bow last season and the Wales Under-19 international has now put pen to paper on his first professional deal.
The Welshman was sacked as Hoops boss in November after the team failed to win any of their first 12 Premier League games.
Hughes' time at Loftus Road has come under the microscope again following his appointment on Thursday as Tony Pulis' successor at Stoke.
QPR made 16 signings during his time with the west Londoners but few of them were successful.
Now Hughes' advisor Joorbachian has dismissed any suggestion he had a hand in the signings, with one exception.
"I'm always interested to read or hear that I was responsible for so many of the players signed by QPR last season," Joorabchian told BBC Sport.
"In fact I was only involved with the signing of one, Julio Cesar.
"When Mark was at Fulham [in the 2010-11 season], I only represented two of the players the club signed during that period - Mousa Dembele and Carlos Salcido."
