BULAWAYO, Zimbabwe (AP) Rain washed out the triangular series one-day international between Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka on Monday with only 13.3 overs bowled.

Zimbabwe was 55-2 when the rain stopped play at Queens Sports Club. The game was eventually called off later in the afternoon because of a wet outfield.

It meant the winner of the fifth match of the tri-series between Sri Lanka and West Indies on Wednesday will qualify for the final. Zimbabwe has an outside chance of making the final if it beats West Indies by a big margin in the final round-robin game.

West Indies and Sri Lanka are level at the top of the points table with one win each, although West Indies has played one game less. Zimbabwe has one loss, one tie and one no result.
