ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) Pro wrestling star Jimmy ''Superfly'' Snuka is due in a Pennsylvania courtroom where prosecutors want a judge to order him to undergo mental health treatment.

Lehigh County prosecutors filed the request in June after a judge ruled the 73-year-old suspect is mentally incompetent to stand trial in his girlfriend's 1983 death.

Judge Kelly Banach ruled June 1 that she doesn't believe Snuka is faking mental infirmity.

WFMZ-TV (http://bit.ly/2aJMoGN ) reports Snuka is due in court Tuesday for a hearing on the prosecutors' request that a judge to force Snuka into outpatient treatment for 60 days to determine whether he can become mentally competent.

Snuka was charged last year in the alleged beating death of 23-year-old Nancy Argentino in a hotel room. Snuka has claimed she died from a fall.
