An 8-0 run in the middle of the first half put the Badgers up 26-11. They led 41-21 at the break and opened the second half on a 16-2 run to blow the game open.
Milwaukee native Troy Huff scored 21 to lead North Dakota (1-1). His mother, Theresa, is the all-time leading rebounder in Wisconsin women's basketball (1,201) and the fifth-leading scorer (1,879). She is in the school's Athletic Hall of Fame.
