Wild sign goalie Michalek, three forwards

The Minnesota Wild made multiple moves on Wednesday, including the signing of goalie Stephen Michalek to a two-year, entry-level contract.

The Wild also signed forward Zac Dalpe, Ruslan Fedotenko and Marc Hagel.

Michalek, 21, went 21-13-13 with a .924 save percentage for Harvard in 2014-15. The 6-foot-3, 197-pound native of Hartford, Conn., helped lead Harvard to an ECAC title and a spot in the NCAA tournament. He went 33-28-13 with a 2.59 goals-against average in three seasons with Harvard.

Michalek was originally selected by Minnesota in the sixth round (161st overall) of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.

Additionally, the Wild signed Dalpe and Fedotenko to one-year, two-way contracts and Hagel to a two-year, two-way contract.

Dalpe, 25, tallied three points in 21 games with the Buffalo Sabres last season. The 6-1, 195-pounder recorded seven points with the Vancouver Canucks in 2013-14 and owns 20 points in 117 career NHL contests. He was originally drafted in the second round (45th overall) in 2008 by the Carolina Hurricanes.

Fedotenko, 36, recorded three goals with the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League in 2014-15. He is a veteran of 863 career NHL games over 12 seasons, with Philadelphia, Tampa Bay, the New York Islanders, Pittsburgh and the New York Rangers.

Hagel, 26, recorded 33 points in 67 games for Iowa last season. The 6-foot, 196-pounder ranked second on the team in shots on goal (155).
