Russell Westbrook is out, but Kevin Durant is in for the 2014 FIBA World Championships starting in August.

Durant is one of the final 19 players to make the cut, so it's not a guarantee that he'll make the team, but it would be hard to imagine a scenario where he wouldn't.

Westbrook announced last week he was not going to play.

Durant led the team to a gold medal in 2010, averaging 22.8 points per game. He also led USA to the Olympic Gold Medal in the 2012 Summer Games.

The team will be coached by Mike Krzyzewski. Others among the final 19 are Derrick Rose, Kevin Love, James Harden, Anthony Davis, Chandler Parson, Blake Griffin, Paul George, Stephen Curry, Bradley Beal, DeMar DeRozan, Kenneth Faried, Kyle Korver and Andre Drummond.

The games will be in Spain, but the team will train in Las Vegas and will have exhibition games in New York and Chicago.
