Worley, a sophomore, was one of the team's three representatives at Big 12 Media Days in July and has a team-high two interceptions with 17 tackles and two tackles for loss in the Mountaineers' first three games.
West Virginia cornerback Ishmael Banks is slated to return from an NCAA-mandated, three-game suspension for academic issues on Saturday. He'll likely start across from Terrell Chestnut for the duration of Worley's suspension.
Holgorsen is scheduled to speak with the media at noon ET on Tuesday.
