DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) Leg-spinner Devendra Bishoo bamboozled Pakistan with 8-49 on Sunday in a dramatic second-innings collapse as West Indies came back hard in the first day-night test.

Bishoo spun out Pakistan for 123 to curtail the West Indies target to 346.

West Indies lost both openers to Mohammad Amir and finished the fourth day on 95-2, needing 251 more runs on the last day.

Darren Bravo, who top-scored with 87 in West Indies' first innings of 357, was unbeaten on 26 and Marlon Samuels not out on 4. Leon Johnson hit 47 before he was out leg before wicket off Amir's inswinger just before close.

Pakistan had a 222-run lead from its massive first innings of 579-3 but captain Misbah-ul-Haq chose to look for quick runs and didn't enforce the follow-on.

That looked a mistake as Bishoo tormented batsmen while pitching the pink ball into the rough and Pakistan lost the last seven wickets for just 30 runs in its 400th test match.

Opener Sami Aslam top scored with 44 before Bishoo ignited the collapse by having the left-hander caught in the slips.

Earlier, leg-spinner Yasir Shah bagged 5-121 and became the joint second-fastest bowler to reach 100 wickets in 17 test matches. George Lohmann of England reached 100 test wickets in 16 matches.

Shah claimed three of the last four wickets to fall Sunday after West Indies resumed on 315-6.

Pakistan lost its first-innings triple century-maker Azhar Ali in the third over when Shannon Gabriel had him leg before wicket.

Bishoo then dismissed Asad Shafiq lbw off a fuller delivery in his first over as Pakistan stuttered at 20-2 by tea.

Babar Azam, who scored three successive centuries in the preceding ODI series, had two escapes - after Gabriel failed to judge a mistimed top edge at fine leg and Miguel Cummins had the batsman caught behind off a no-ball - before he played on to Bishoo's delivery on 21.

Misbah also chopped Bishoo onto his stumps off a slog-sweep before Aslam was neatly caught by Jermaine Blackwood in the slips and Pakistan's tail couldn't last long.

Bishoo recorded the second best figures in a test innings by a West Indian spinner - after Lance Gibbs' 8-38 against India at Barbados in 1962 - when he had Amir clean bowled right at the end.

In their pursuit, West Indies' Johnson and Bravo put on 60 runs for the second wicket after Kraigg Brathwaite was clean bowled by Amir with the total on 27.

Both batsmen batted confidently against the spin of Shah and the short-pitched deliveries of Pakistan's seamers before Amir returned and denied Johnson a half-century.
