Instagram's best Instagrammer did some great Instagramming once again on Friday.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, who does it on Instagram, shared this outstanding video of himself busting a move to iHeart Memphis' "Hit the Quan."

Because he's The Rock, he added his own touch and threw in a great Ric Flair strut.
