Inspired by Steve Aoki's "Boneless" and that urge to just dance, Baltimore Ravens nose tackle Brandon Williams held a captive audience in the locker room before practice on Sunday with some sweet dance moves.

Terrell Suggs joins the 6-foot-1, 335-pound tackle but this is Williams' world with Suggs just backing up:
