Tori Gurley's stay on the Minnesota Vikings practice squad didn't last long.

Just over two weeks after adding the former Green Bay Packers wide receiver, the club announced Tuesday that it had waived Gurley and added offensive tackle Troy Kropog to the practice squad.

Gurley, 24, rejected a contract offer on the Vikings active roster last season in order to stay with Green Bay's practice squad. This season, the undrafted free agent from South Carolina was released at the end of training camp after catching three passes for 75 yards for the Packers during the preseason.

The Vikings signed Gurley to their practice squad on Sept. 2.

Kropog, 26, was a fourth round pick of the Titans out of Tulane in 2009. He appeared in six games for the Titans in 2009 and 2010, but was on Tennesse's practice squad in 2011.

Waived by the Titans on Sept. 11, Kropog was claimed by Jacksonville the following day. He practiced just twice with the Jaguars before being released.
